HOW WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use Mailchimp to manage our email marketing subscriber list and to send emails to our subscribers. Mailchimp is a third‑party provider operated by The Rocket Science Group LLC, based in the United States. When you subscribe to our emails, the information you provide (such as your name, email address, and any other details you choose to share) will be stored on Mailchimp’s secure servers.

Mailchimp processes this information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. We use this data solely to send you relevant communications, track engagement (such as email opens and link clicks), and improve our email content. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in our emails or by contacting us directly.

We use Beacon CRM as our database. Beacon’s core infrastructure runs on Amazon Web Services (AWS), hosted securely in the cloud. All data is hosted in London: Amazon’s eu-west-2 region, and is held in two separate availability zones. Amazon has extremely extensive security measures, which are documented on their Security page. Beacon also makes use of Google Cloud Platform (GCP), specifically BigQuery, which is a cloud data warehouse. Beacon use this to make quick filtering over large data sets possible. All data with GCP is hosted in London: Google’s europe-west2 region. Data is primarily processed and stored using AWS, but a copy is streamed to GCP. Like Amazon, Google has extremely extensive security measures, which you can read about at the Google Trust Centre.

We keep your contact details for as long as you are happy for us to do so. We store all information electronically and, if you ask us to do so, we will dispose of your information by deleting it from our records immediately (except in the case of grant recipients for whom we reserve the right to retain records for as long as required in order to fulfil our regulatory obligations).
